Yes. Once your item has shipped, you will be sent an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, email us at support@medallionequine.com with your order number. We’ll happily help you locate your products and give you an ETA on their arrival.

We crafted Optimize with your horse’s nutritional needs at heart and took care to add flavors that your horse will enjoy. As with all nutritional changes, we recommend that Optimize be introduced slowly to your horse’s diet over a period of several days. If your horse does not like powders, try adding a little water or vegetable oil for a different texture. If for any reason you still decide Optimize isn’t for your horse, send us an email at support@medallionequine.com within 60 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. This policy applies to the first bucket you purchase of each product.
We take our satisfaction guarantee seriously! If you are unhappy with your first purchase for any reason, please reference our refund policy FAQ above and email us at support@medallionequine.com to begin the refund process.
For any unopened products purchased from our website within 60 days, we accept returns to our warehouse in exchange for a full refund. Simply email us at support@medallionequine.com to begin the process. In your email, please include your order number, confirmation that your product is entirely unopened, and the reason for your return. We will supply a pre-paid return label for you to return unopened products. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10% which will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow 5-10 business days for our team to process your return and issue your refund.
